• We do not accept returns unless the item is sealed in its original packaging, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm that it is in its original, sealed state, we will issue a refund for the product’s value.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please inform us within 1 working day of receipt.

 

• We will arrange to collect the product from you.

• After inspecting and validating the product, you may choose to have it replaced promptly, credited to your account for the purchase price, or refunded.

Incorrect Products

Should you receive the incorrect product, notify us within 1 working day of receipt.

 

• We will investigate the error, and if confirmed, we will arrange an exchange for the correct product at no additional cost to you.

Defective Products

A defect refers to a significant flaw in the production of a product or any characteristic that makes it less acceptable than what a reasonable person would expect under normal conditions.

Conditions Not Considered as Defects

Damage due to incorrect use or negligence

• Damage from failure to properly care for the product

• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications

• Issues arising from normal wear and tear

• Specifications of the product, as accurately described on the website, that do not meet your personal needs or preferences

Standard Defect Warranty

If you discover that a product is defective, please report it as soon as possible, and within 30 days of delivery or collection.

 

• Contact us to report the defect, and we will arrange for the product to be collected.

• Upon inspection and validation, you may choose to have the product repaired, replaced (if possible), or have the purchase price credited to your account or refunded.
